It never fails to amaze me...

I recently held a charity raffle for Help for Heroes. I was offering the chance to win an xbox 360 game. Tickets were 99p.

The listing on eBay clearly stated that it was a draw in several places and when i say clearly I mean clearly... It was the very first line if the listing, it was in large red text and underlined. I honestly don't think I could of made it clearer.

All went well and the charity got around 125 pounds but since the auction closed I have had around 20 people email me to ask why they haven't received the game they "bought".

Are people that stupid? Even after being told on the first line to read everything and understand what they viewing and after mentioning the fact it's a raffle they still think I am selling a £35 game for 99p!

After explaining to them most were fine but a few of the morons opened a paypal dispute!

Even if these morons cannot read of summon the brain power required to read the listing you would hope that at some point common sense would of kicked in and told them that I couldn't possibly sell a £35 game for 99p right? Nope.

Oh dear.

Assisted suicides

Been hearing a lot about assisted suicides lately and as someone who's dad died of cancer I really don't know if I would if been able to help him die.

It was hard to watch him in pain but I don't know if would of been brave enough to assist.

I think making it legal is a tricky decision, I think it would open the way for people to abuse that law, what do you think?

It really annoys me when...

It really annoys me when a celebrity who has a lot more cash than I have asks me to give "just a few pounds" to a charity or appeal, don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with donating and I do donate but when a celebrity has hundreds of thousands of pounds in the bank and can change thousands of lives and not even miss the money asks me for a few pounds it does annoy me...
